Axis Mundi

In class are assessment was to hug a tree. The point of this was so that we can learn to better connect to trees. The axis Mundi the world tree the connection between heaven and earth. I now have a different view on how I look at trees I see there importance in the old myths. I remember the first time I climbed a tree and I went all the way to the top. I could see everything but there was only one thing that went wrong. I couldn't get down and I had to sit there for four hours before i got the courage to climb down. When i did i ended up falling anyways but i learned a lot form that day.
